Resolved - Due to an issue with our cloud provider, the Mosaic components were offline for approximately 11 minutes on February 25th, from 21:01 to 21:12 UTC. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused. We will provide more information soon, including the steps we will take to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Please note that Axinom DRM was only partially affected, while Axinom Encoding remained unaffected during this incident.

Resolved - A recent incident occurred in one of our clusters in the Europe region, resulting in an outage lasting approximately 11 minutes. During this time, our load balancers effectively redirected the DRM traffic to nearby clusters to maintain service continuity. However, around 20% of license requests received in the Europe region during the incident experienced delayed responses or failed entirely.
