Mosaic services are unavailable again due to continued network instability at our cloud provider. Users may experience login failures and intermittent service issues.

We are working on moving traffic to a secondary cloud provider to restore stable service.

We have identified an issue with a load balancer at our cloud provider, which is affecting the availability of Mosaic services. The provider is working on a fix.
In the meantime, we are pursuing two workarounds to restore service:

• Temporarily bypassing the affected load balancer

• Rerouting traffic to a secondary cloud provider

We will post the next update by 11:00 UTC.

The Axinom Mosaic outage is ongoing. Our team is actively working on restoring the service and we will share updates as soon as possible.
